眾人哭女甚哀；耶穌曰：『勿哭！女實未死、寢耳。』

Meanwhile, all the people were wailing and mourning for her.“ Stop wailing,” Jesus said.“ She is not dead but asleep.”

During this time, all the people were crying and sobbing loudly over the child.“ Stop crying!” Jesus said.“ She is not dead. She is sleeping.”

And all were weeping and mourning for her, but he said,“ Do not weep, for she is not dead but sleeping.”

The house was filled with people weeping and wailing, but he said,“ Stop the weeping! She isn’t dead; she’s only asleep.”

Everyone was crying and mourning for her. But he said,“ Stop crying, because she is not dead but asleep.”

Now they were all weeping and mourning for her; but He said,“ Stop weeping, for she has not died, but is asleep.”

Now all wept and mourned for her; but He said,“ Do not weep; she is not dead, but sleeping.”

And all were weeping, and bewailing her: but he said, Weep not; for she is not dead, but sleepeth.

眾隨之、有多婦哭而哀、

耶穌聞之曰、此病不致死、乃為上帝之榮、使上帝子以之得榮、

以掃聞言、大聲痛哭、曰、請父亦為我祝嘏、曰爾弟來、施其詭謀、奪爾福祉、

王甚憂、登邑門之樓而哭、且行且言曰、我子押沙龍、我子我子押沙龍、我願代爾死、我子我子押沙龍。

萬有之主耶和華曰、遍訪慧女、能謳哀歌、招之至此、使其速至、為我舉哀、使我目擊心傷、淚如泉湧。在郇邑聞彼哀歌曰、我見虜、離故土、我室已毀、不能容膝、含羞蒙垢。先知曰、維爾眾女、耶和華之言、宜傾耳以聽焉、當令爾女舉哀、鄰里哭泣。蓋注死者入我牖、侵我殿、在逵衢中、戮孩提、殲壯士、

其榮光狀如火焰、顯於山巔、以色列族無不目擊。

卒於迦南之基列亞巴即希伯崙。亞伯拉罕為撒拉哀哭。○

我必施恩、賦我神於大闢家、耶路撒冷民使籲於上、昔爾剌我、後必仰我、為我椎心、若喪獨子、舉哀甚慘、若喪初生之子、

至宰會堂者之家、見號咷哭泣不勝、入曰、胡為號咷而哭乎、女非死、寢耳、

我吹籥、爾不踊、我悲歌、爾不傷、

言竟、又曰、我友拉撒路寢、我往醒之、門徒曰、主、彼寢則愈、耶穌言此、指其死、門徒意其謂安寢也、
