耶穌問之曰、爾何名、曰、我名隊、隊原文作利磯芸蓋有多魔附其人也、

耶穌乃問之曰：『爾何名？』對曰：『繁有徒』；以魔之入其身者甚夥、故云。

Jesus asked him,“ What is your name?”“ Legion,” he replied, because many demons had gone into him.

and also some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases: Mary( called Magdalene) from whom seven demons had come out; (niv)

When Jesus rose early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had driven seven demons. (niv)

“ What do you want with us, Son of God?” they shouted.“ Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?” (niv)

Then Jesus asked him,“ What is your name?”“ My name is Legion,” he replied,“ for we are many.” (niv)
