Now it came to pass on one of those days, that he entered into a boat, himself and his disciples; and he said unto them, Let us go over unto the other side of the lake: and they launched forth.

One day Jesus said to his disciples,“ Let us go over to the other side of the lake.” So they got into a boat and set out.

And when he was entered into a boat, his disciples followed him.And behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the boat was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Save, Lord; we perish.And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.And the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him?

And on that day, when even was come, he saith unto them, Let us go over unto the other side.And leaving the multitude, they take him with them, even as he was, in the boat. And other boats were with him.And there ariseth a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the boat, insomuch that the boat was now filling.And he himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion: and they awake him, and say unto him, Teacher, carest thou not that we perish?And he awoke, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.And he said unto them, Why are ye fearful? have ye not yet faith?And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?

After these things Jesus went away to the other side of the sea of Galilee, which is the sea of Tiberias.

And he left them, and again entering into the boat departed to the other side.

Now it came to pass, while the multitude pressed upon him and heard the word of God, that he was standing by the lake of Gennesaret;

And straightway he constrained his disciples to enter into the boat, and to go before him unto the other side to Bethsaida, while he himself sendeth the multitude away.

And straightway he constrained the disciples to enter into the boat, and to go before him unto the other side, till he should send the multitudes away.

And when Jesus had crossed over again in the boat unto the other side, a great multitude was gathered unto him; and he was by the sea.

But as they sailed he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filling with water, and were in jeopardy.

Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandment to depart unto the other side.
