Blessed is anyone who does not stumble on account of me.”

Blessed is anyone who does not give up their faith because of me.”

And blessed is the one who is not offended by me.”

And he added,“ God blesses those who do not fall away because of me.”

and blessed is the one who isn’t offended by me.”

And blessed is anyone who does not take offense at Me.”

And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me.”

And anyone who is not offended because of Me is blessed.”

And blessed is[ he], whosoever shall not be offended in me.

Blessed is anyone who takes no offense at me.”

Blessed is he who finds no occasion for stumbling in me.”

And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.And many shall stumble thereon, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.

For seeing that in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom knew not God, it was God’s good pleasure through the foolishness of the preaching to save them that believe.Seeing that Jews ask for signs, and Greeks seek after wisdom:but we preach Christ crucified, unto Jews a stumblingblock, and unto Gentiles foolishness;but unto them that are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.For behold your calling, brethren, that not many wise after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:but God chose the foolish things of the world, that he might put to shame them that are wise; and God chose the weak things of the world, that he might put to shame the things that are strong;and the base things of the world, and the things that are despised, did God choose, yea and the things that are not, that he might bring to nought the things that are:

Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by works. They stumbled at the stone of stumbling;even as it is written, Behold, I lay in Zion a stone of stumbling and a rock of offence: And he that believeth on him shall not be put to shame.

and Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the falling and the rising of many in Israel; and for a sign which is spoken against;

Now the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him; and he cannot know them, because they are spiritually judged.

For you therefore that believe is the preciousness: but for such as disbelieve, The stone which the builders rejected, The same was made the head of the corner;and, A stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence; for they stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.

Many therefore of his disciples, when they heard this, said, This is a hard saying; who can hear it?But Jesus knowing in himself that his disciples murmured at this, said unto them, Doth this cause you to stumble?What then if ye should behold the Son of man ascending where he was before?It is the spirit that giveth life; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I have spoken unto you are spirit, and are life.But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who it was that should betray him.And he said, For this cause have I said unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it be given unto him of the Father.Upon this many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honor, save in his own country, and in his own house.And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
