眾皆驚駭、歸榮天主曰：『偉大先知、崛起吾中！』又曰：『天主實眷下民！』

They were all filled with awe and praised God.“ A great prophet has appeared among us,” they said.“ God has come to help his people.”

And fear took hold on all: and they glorified God, saying, A great prophet is arisen among us: and, God hath visited his people.

眾見之悚然、歸榮上帝、因其以如是之權賜人也、○

請耶穌之法利賽人見之、意謂、斯人若先知、必知捫之者為誰、為何如婦、乃罪人也、

可頌哉、主以色列之上帝、垂顧其民而贖之也、

民乃信之、既聞耶和華眷顧以色列人、鑒其困苦、遂俯首崇拜焉、

眾皆駭異、亦歸榮上帝、且懼甚、曰、今日見意外之事矣、○

眾見瘖者言、殘者痊、跛者行、瞽者明、則奇之、歸榮以色列之上帝、○

耶和華歟、以爾待民之恩惠念我、以爾拯救顧我兮、俾我見爾選民之昌、致樂爾民之樂、與爾業共其榮兮、○

牧者返、以所見所聞、盡如所報、而歸榮頌讚上帝、○

眷顧下土、而灌溉之、廣加滋潤、上帝之川、充盈以水、爾既備地、給人以糧兮、

鄰里皆驚、此言徧揚於猶太山地、

眾曰、加利利之拿撒勒先知耶穌也、○

此邑在天下萬國中、必於我為可喜可讚、有榮之名、凡聞我所錫之福祉、所加之平康、必因而驚惶戰慄、

全會及凡聞之者皆大懼、○由使徒之手、多行奇兆異蹟於民間、眾皆一心在所羅門之廊、餘無敢附之者、然民尊崇之、

復問之曰、爾非基督、非以利亞、非彼先知、胡為施洗耶、

亞拿尼亞聞此言、仆而氣絕、聞者皆大懼、

曰、何事、曰、拿撒勒耶穌之事也、彼乃先知、在上帝及眾民前、言行皆有大能、

因我而榮上帝焉、

對曰、施洗約翰、或云以利亞、或云古先知之一復起、

曰、然則爾為以利亞乎、曰非也、爾為彼先知乎、曰否、

婦曰、主、我視爾為先知、

復謂瞽者曰、彼既啟爾目、爾謂其為何如人、曰、先知也、

婦急離墓、懼且大喜、趨報門徒、

眾見其所行之異蹟、曰、是誠臨世之先知也、○

眾聞斯言、或曰、是誠彼先知也、或曰、是乃基督、或曰、基督豈出自加利利乎、

摩西固曰、主上帝將於爾兄弟中、為爾挺生先知若我、凡其所語爾者、爾宜聽之、凡不聽此先知者、必盡滅於民中、且諸先知、

西門彼得見之、伏耶穌膝前曰、主其去我、我罪人也、

格拉森四方之眾、求耶穌去之、懼甚故也、耶穌登舟而返、

且擲爾及爾中子女於地、不遺一石於石上、以爾不知眷顧爾之日也、○

曾語以色列眾子曰、上帝將於爾兄弟中、挺生先知若我者、即此摩西也、
