But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,

But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and[ to] the evil.

Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:

If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink:For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee.

Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all[ men], especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

If thou meet thine enemy’s ox or his ass going astray, thou shalt surely bring it back to him again.If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee lying under his burden, and wouldest forbear to help him, thou shalt surely help with him.

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but[ rather] give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance[ is] mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.

If I rejoiced at the destruction of him that hated me, or lifted up myself when evil found him:Neither have I suffered my mouth to sin by wishing a curse to his soul.If the men of my tabernacle said not, Oh that we had of his flesh! we cannot be satisfied.

Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you[ from their company], and shall reproach[ you], and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake.

But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep[ it], and bring forth fruit with patience.

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

[ It is] the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings[ is] to search out a matter.

Therefore consider carefully how you listen. Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what they think they have will be taken from them.” (niv)

Jesus said,“ Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his clothes by casting lots. (niv)

Still other seed fell on good soil. It came up and yielded a crop, a hundred times more than was sown.” When he said this, he called out,“ Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear.” (niv)
