西門曰、夫子、我儕終夜勞苦、竟無所得、然以爾言、我則下網、

西門曰：『吾儕通宵操勞、一鱗無獲、茲尊爾示、當復下網。』

Simon answered,“ Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.”

“ Master,” Simon replied,“ we worked hard all last night and didn’t catch a thing. But if you say so, I’ll let the nets down again.”

“ Master,” Simon replied,“ we’ve worked hard all night long and caught nothing. But if you say so, I’ll let down the nets.”

Simon responded and said,“ Master, we worked hard all night and caught nothing, but I will do as You say and let down the nets.”

But Simon answered and said to Him,“ Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.”

And Simon answered and said, Master, we toiled all night, and took nothing: but at thy word I will let down the nets.

“ Master,” Simon replied,“ we’ve worked hard all night long and caught nothing! But at Your word, I’ll let down the nets.”

And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.

Simon answered,“ Master, we worked hard all night and caught nothing! But at your word I will lower the nets.”

His mother said to the servants,“ Whatever he says to you, do it.”

You are my friends, if you do whatever I command you.

Again he said to me,“ Prophesy over these bones, and tell them,‘ You dry bones, hear Yahweh’s word.The Lord Yahweh says to these bones:“ Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and you will live.I will lay sinews on you, and will bring up flesh on you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you will live. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.”’”So I prophesied as I was commanded. As I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold, there was an earthquake. Then the bones came together, bone to its bone.

Simon Peter said to them,“ I’m going fishing.” They told him,“ We are also coming with you.” They immediately went out, and entered into the boat. That night, they caught nothing.

“ Why do you call me,‘ Lord, Lord,’ and don’t do the things which I say?Everyone who comes to me, and hears my words, and does them, I will show you who he is like.He is like a man building a house, who dug and went deep, and laid a foundation on the rock. When a flood arose, the stream broke against that house, and could not shake it, because it was founded on the rock.

Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain.It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his loved ones.

Then he said to me,“ Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say,‘ Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost. We are completely cut off.’Therefore prophesy, and tell them,‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ Behold, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, my people; and I will bring you into the land of Israel.

Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying,“ Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh shall come again to you, and you shall be clean.”But Naaman was angry, and went away, and said,“ Behold, I thought,‘ He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of Yahweh his God, and wave his hand over the place, and heal the leper.’Aren’t Abanah and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Couldn’t I wash in them, and be clean?” So he turned and went away in a rage.His servants came near, and spoke to him, and said,“ My father, if the prophet had asked you do some great thing, wouldn’t you have done it? How much rather then, when he says to you,‘ Wash, and be clean?’”Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in the Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God; and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.

They came to him, and awoke him, saying,“ Master, master, we are dying!” He awoke, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water, and they ceased, and it was calm.

They lifted up their voices, saying,“ Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”

As they were parting from him, Peter said to Jesus,“ Master, it is good for us to be here. Let’s make three tents: one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah,” not knowing what he said.

John answered,“ Master, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we forbade him, because he doesn’t follow with us.”
