And Jesus said to them,“ Can you make wedding guests fast while the bridegroom is with them?

耶稣说：“新郎跟宾客在一起的时候，你们怎么可以叫宾客禁食呢？

耶稣对他们说：“新郎与宾客在一起的时候，难道你们能叫宾客禁食吗？

耶穌對他們說：「新郎和陪伴之人同在的時候，豈能叫陪伴之人禁食呢？

耶穌對他們說：「新郎和賓客在一起的時候，你們怎麼能叫賓客禁食呢？

耶穌對他們說：「新郎和賓客在一起的時候，你們怎麼能叫賓客禁食呢？

耶穌說：「新郎還跟賓客在一起的時候，豈能讓賓客禁食？

耶穌說：“新郎跟賓客在一起的時候，你們怎麼可以叫賓客禁食呢？

耶穌對他們說：『新郎跟賀喜的朋友在一起的時候，你們哪能叫他們禁食呢？

耶穌對他們說：「新郎與賓客在一起的時候，難道你們能叫賓客禁食嗎？

耶穌曰、新娶者在、安能使賀娶者禁食乎、

耶穌曰、新娶者在、安能使賀娶之人禁食乎、

耶穌曰、新娶者尚在、安能使賀娶之客禁食乎、

耶穌曰：『新壻尚在、安能令新壻之友守齋乎？

Jesus answered,“ Can you make the friends of the bridegroom fast while he is with them?

Jesus answered,“ Can you make the friends of the groom fast while he is with them?

Jesus responded,“ Do wedding guests fast while celebrating with the groom? Of course not.

Jesus said to them,“ You can’t make the wedding guests fast while the groom is with them, can you?

And Jesus said to them,“ You cannot make the attendants of the groom fast while the groom is with them, can you?

And He said to them,“ Can you make the friends of the bridegroom fast while the bridegroom is with them?

And Jesus said unto them, Can ye make the sons of the bride- chamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them?

Jesus said to them,“ You can’t make the wedding guests fast while the groom is with them, can you?

And he said unto them, Can ye make the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them?

So Jesus said to them,“ You cannot make the wedding guests fast while the bridegroom is with them, can you?

He said to them,“ Can you make the friends of the bridegroom fast while the bridegroom is with them?

The one who has the bride is the bridegroom. The friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly at the bridegroom’s voice. Therefore this joy of mine is now complete.

For your Maker is your husband, the Lord of hosts is his name; and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer, the God of the whole earth he is called.

His left hand is under my head, and his right hand embraces me!I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, by the gazelles or the does of the field, that you not stir up or awaken love until it pleases.

For as a young man marries a young woman, so shall your sons marry you, and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your God rejoice over you.

The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

Hear, O daughter, and consider, and incline your ear: forget your people and your father’s house,and the king will desire your beauty. Since he is your lord, bow to him.The people of Tyre will seek your favor with gifts, the richest of the people.All glorious is the princess in her chamber, with robes interwoven with gold.In many-colored robes she is led to the king, with her virgin companions following behind her.With joy and gladness they are led along as they enter the palace of the king.In place of your fathers shall be your sons; you will make them princes in all the earth.

Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her,that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word,so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish.

Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready;it was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure”— for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.And the angel said to me,“ Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And he said to me,“ These are the true words of God.”

He made its posts of silver, its back of gold, its seat of purple; its interior was inlaid with love by the daughters of Jerusalem.Go out, O daughters of Zion, and look upon King Solomon, with the crown with which his mother crowned him on the day of his wedding, on the day of the gladness of his heart.

For I feel a divine jealousy for you, since I betrothed you to one husband, to present you as a pure virgin to Christ.

I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, if you find my beloved, that you tell him I am sick with love.

Where has your beloved gone, O most beautiful among women? Where has your beloved turned, that we may seek him with you?

“ The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who gave a wedding feast for his son,

“ Then the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom.Five of them were foolish, and five were wise.For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them,but the wise took flasks of oil with their lamps.As the bridegroom was delayed, they all became drowsy and slept.But at midnight there was a cry,‘ Here is the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.’Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps.And the foolish said to the wise,‘ Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’But the wise answered, saying,‘ Since there will not be enough for us and for you, go rather to the dealers and buy for yourselves.’And while they were going to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was shut.

His father went down to the woman, and Samson prepared a feast there, for so the young men used to do.As soon as the people saw him, they brought thirty companions to be with him.
