Then Jesus ordered him,“ Don’t tell anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded for your cleansing, as a testimony to them.”

Then Jesus instructed him not to tell anyone what had happened. He said,“ Go to the priest and let him examine you. Take along the offering required in the law of Moses for those who have been healed of leprosy. This will be a public testimony that you have been cleansed.”

視患癩之人為潔、亦有常例、必攜至祭司、祭司詣營外察之、見疾已愈、則命人為之取生禽二、純潔是務、亦取柏香木、絳縷、牛膝草、以瓦器盛活水、宰一禽於上、取生禽、柏香木、絳縷、牛膝草、濡其中、以灑患癩已潔者凡七、而視為潔、後縱生禽於野。欲潔之人、必澣衣薙髮、以水洗滌、成潔後、始可入營、異室以居、歷至七日。屆期、毫髮鬚眉、薙之務盡、澣衣濯身、而後成潔。越八日、必取牡綿羊之羔二、未盈歲之牝羔一、純潔是務、麥粉一斗八升、調和以油、更加油十三兩、以為酬恩之祭。使人成潔之祭司、必置人及物於我前、會幕門外、取一牡羔、獻為補過之祭、又取油十三兩、為禮物、俱搖於我前。聖地常宰牲、為贖罪祭、為燔祭、即於其處宰是羔、贖罪祭之牲歸祭司、補過祭之牲亦歸祭司、俱為至聖。祭司必取牲血、釁於成潔者右耳下垂、及右手足之巨擘、又取油少許、斟於左掌、染以右指、灑於我前凡七。

凡醫病者、戒眾勿揚、

有不接爾、不聽爾者、去之日、拂去足塵、以為眾證、我誠告爾、當審判日、所多馬、蛾摩拉之刑、較斯邑、尤易受也、
