But the man went and spread the word, proclaiming to everyone what had happened. As a result, large crowds soon surrounded Jesus, and he couldn’t publicly enter a town anywhere. He had to stay out in the secluded places, but people from everywhere kept coming to him.

And all the people in the region of the Gerasenes begged Jesus to go away and leave them alone, for a great wave of fear swept over them. So Jesus returned to the boat and left, crossing back to the other side of the lake.The man who had been freed from the demons begged to go with him. But Jesus sent him home, saying,

When they came out to see him, they begged him to stay in their village. So he stayed for two days,

So when the crowd saw that neither Jesus nor his disciples were there, they got into the boats and went across to Capernaum to look for him.

As soon as Jesus heard the news, he left in a boat to a remote area to be alone. But the crowds heard where he was headed and followed on foot from many towns.Jesus saw the huge crowd as he stepped from the boat, and he had compassion on them and healed their sick.

but they begged him,“ Stay the night with us, since it is getting late.” So he went home with them.

But many people recognized them and saw them leaving, and people from many towns ran ahead along the shore and got there ahead of them.Jesus saw the huge crowd as he stepped from the boat, and he had compassion on them because they were like sheep without a shepherd.
