眾駭異相語曰、此何言耶、蓋彼以權以能命邪鬼、而鬼出矣、

眾異之、相告曰、是何道耶、蓋以權能命邪神、而神出矣、

眾駭異、相告曰、此何道耶、蓋彼以權能命邪魔、魔即出、

眾皆愕然相顧曰：『斯何道歟？言具威權、諭魔即出。』

All the people were amazed and said to each other,“ What words these are! With authority and power he gives orders to impure spirits and they come out!”

All the people were amazed. They said to each other,“ What he says is amazing! With authority and power he gives orders to evil spirits. And they come out!”

And they were all amazed and said to one another,“ What is this word? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!”

Amazed, the people exclaimed,“ What authority and power this man’s words possess! Even evil spirits obey him, and they flee at his command!”

Amazement came over them all, and they were saying to one another,“ What is this message? For he commands the unclean spirits with authority and power, and they come out!”

And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What is this? a new teaching! with authority he commandeth even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.

And when the demon was cast out, the dumb man spake: and the multitudes marvelled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel.

Then was brought unto him one possessed with a demon, blind and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the dumb man spake and saw.And all the multitudes were amazed, and said, Can this be the son of David?

And these signs shall accompany them that believe: in my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;they shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall in no wise hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken unto them, was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs that followed. Amen.

And the seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject unto us in thy name.And he said unto them, I beheld Satan fallen as lightning from heaven.Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall in any wise hurt you.Nevertheless in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.

And they were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well; he maketh even the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.

insomuch that unto the sick were carried away from his body handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out.But certain also of the strolling Jews, exorcists, took upon them to name over them that had the evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, I adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, a chief priest, who did this.And the evil spirit answered and said unto them, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and mastered both of them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.

who is on the right hand of God, having gone into heaven; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.
