葆樂等則由別加赴彼西底之安提阿。禮日、登會堂而坐、誦律法及先知書訓；司會者使人請曰：『兄弟如有勉眾之詞、願聞其說。』葆樂起而招以手曰：『義塞人及爾等敬畏天主者、請聽！

即日、耶穌外出、憩於海濱。以民眾蝟集、遂登舟而坐、眾鵠立岸上。

伯鐸祿見而謂之曰：『義塞人乎！事不足異何注視為？抑以吾恃己之德能、而使之行乎？
