“ The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He anointed Me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim release to captives, And recovery of sight to the blind, To set free those who are oppressed,

「主的靈在我身上，因為他膏立我去向貧窮的人傳福音，他差派我去宣告：被擄的得釋放，瞎眼的得看見，讓受欺壓的得自由，

主之神偕我矣、蓋彼膏我、以宣福音於貧者、遣我宣告、虜者得釋、瞽者得明、受挫折者得自由、

主之神臨我、膏我、俾傳福音於貧人、傷心者醫之、

主之神臨我、因主膏我、俾我傳福音於貧者、遣我醫傷心之人、

上主之神、臨我之身；恩膏沐首、大命是膺。天主遣我、所為何因：窮苦無告、得聆福音；俘囚獲釋、瞽者復明；困者以解、屈者以伸；

“ The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free,

“ The Spirit of the Lord is on me. He has anointed me to announce the good news to poor people. He has sent me to announce freedom for prisoners. He has sent me so that the blind will see again. He wants me to set free those who are treated badly.

“ The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed,

“ The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free,

The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed,

“ The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed;

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, Because he anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor: He hath sent me to proclaim release to the captives, And recovering of sight to the blind, To set at liberty them that are bruised,

The Spirit of the Lord is on Me, because He has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim freedom to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed,

The Spirit of the Lord[ is] upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

“ The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and the regaining of sight to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed,

“ The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed,

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, Because the Lord anointed me To bring good news to the humble; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, To proclaim release to captives And freedom to prisoners;

those who are blind receive sight and those who limp walk, those with leprosy are cleansed and those who are deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

Who executes justice for the oppressed; Who gives food to the hungry. The Lord frees the prisoners.The Lord opens the eyes of those who are blind; The Lord raises up those who are bowed down; The Lord loves the righteous.

You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

And He answered and said to them,“ Go and report to John what you have seen and heard: people who were blind receive sight, people who limped walk, people with leprosy are cleansed and people who were deaf hear, dead people are raised up, and people who are poor have the gospel preached to them.

to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.’

To open blind eyes, To bring out prisoners from the dungeon And those who dwell in darkness from the prison.

I have come as Light into the world, so that no one who believes in Me will remain in darkness.

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son,

On the other hand, I am writing a new commandment to you, which is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away and the true Light is already shining.The one who says that he is in the Light and yet hates his brother or sister is in the darkness until now.The one who loves his brother and sister remains in the Light, and there is nothing in him to cause stumbling.

On that day those who are deaf will hear words of a book, And out of their gloom and darkness the eyes of those who are blind will see.The afflicted also will increase their joy in the Lord, And the needy of mankind will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

Then the eyes of those who see will not be blinded, And the ears of those who hear will listen.

The people who were sitting in darkness saw a great Light, And those who were sitting in the land and shadow of death, Upon them a Light dawned.”

I will lead those who are blind by a way they have not known, In paths they have not known I will guide them. I will turn darkness into light before them And uneven land into plains. These are the things I will do, And I will not leave them undone.”They will be turned back and be utterly put to shame, Who trust in idols, Who say to cast metal images,“ You are our gods.”Hear, you who are deaf! And look, you who are blind, so that you may see.

He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds.

As Jesus went on from there, two men who were blind followed Him, crying out,“ Have mercy on us, Son of David!”And after He entered the house, the men who were blind came up to Him, and Jesus* said to them,“ Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They* said to Him,“ Yes, Lord.”Then He touched their eyes, saying,“ It shall be done for you according to your faith.”And their eyes were opened. And Jesus sternly warned them, saying,“ See that no one knows about this!”

for you are all sons of light and sons of day. We are not of night nor of darkness;so then, let’s not sleep as others do, but let’s be alert and sober.

Then the eyes of those who are blind will be opened, And the ears of those who are deaf will be unstopped.

Saying to those who are bound,‘ Go free,’ To those who are in darkness,‘ Show yourselves.’ They will feed along the roads, And their pasture will be on all bare heights.

And He raised His eyes toward His disciples and began saying,“ Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God.

For He whom God sent speaks the words of God; for He does not give the Spirit sparingly.

He first* found his own brother Simon and* said to him,“ We have found the Messiah”( which translated means Christ).

“ Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Listen, my beloved brothers and sisters: did God not choose the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him?

“ Can the prey be taken from a mighty man, Or the captives of a tyrant be rescued?”Indeed, this is what the Lord says:“ Even the captives of the mighty man will be taken away, And the prey of a tyrant will be rescued; For I will contend with the one who contends with you, And I will save your sons.

Shake yourself from the dust, rise up, Captive Jerusalem; Release yourself from the chains around your neck, Captive daughter of Zion.For this is what the Lord says:“ You were sold for nothing, and you will be redeemed without money.”

The Spirit of the Lord will rest on Him, The spirit of wisdom and understanding, The spirit of counsel and strength, The spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.And He will delight in the fear of the Lord, And He will not judge by what His eyes see, Nor make decisions by what His ears hear;But with righteousness He will judge the poor, And decide with fairness for the humble of the earth; And He will strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He will slay the wicked.Also righteousness will be the belt around His hips, And faithfulness the belt around His waist.

The Lord is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit.

I have stirred him in righteousness, And I will make all his ways smooth. He will build My city and let My exiles go free, Without any payment or reward,” says the Lord of armies.

As for you also, because of the blood of My covenant with you, I have set your prisoners free from the waterless pit.Return to the stronghold, you prisoners who have the hope; This very day I am declaring that I will restore double to you.

for you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light( for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness, and truth),as you try to learn what is pleasing to the Lord.Do not participate in the useless deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them;for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret.But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light.For this reason it says,“ Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine on you.”

“ Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the wrongdoing, to make an end of sin, to make atonement for guilt, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy Place.

For My hand made all these things, So all these things came into being,” declares the Lord.“ But I will look to this one, At one who is humble and contrite in spirit, and who trembles at My word.

The kings of the earth take their stand And the rulers conspire together Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,

“ As for Me, this is My covenant with them,” says the Lord:“ My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your offspring, nor from the mouth of your offspring’s offspring,” says the Lord,“ from now and forever.”“ Arise, shine; for your light has come, And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.For behold, darkness will cover the earth And deep darkness the peoples; But the Lord will rise upon you And His glory will appear upon you.

But I will leave among you A humble and lowly people, And they will take refuge in the name of the Lord.

A bent reed He will not break off, And a dimly burning wick He will not extinguish, Until He leads justice to victory.

But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will go forth and frolic like calves from the stall.

And Jesus said,“ For judgment I came into this world, so that those who do not see may see, and those who see may become blind.”Those who were with Him from the Pharisees heard these things and said to Him,“ We are not blind too, are we?”Jesus said to them,“ If you were blind, you would have no sin; but now that you maintain,‘ We see,’ your sin remains.

“ Behold, My Servant, whom I uphold; My chosen one in whom My soul delights. I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the nations.He will not cry out nor raise His voice, Nor make His voice heard in the street.A bent reed He will not break off And a dimly burning wick He will not extinguish; He will faithfully bring forth justice.He will not be disheartened or crushed Until He has established justice on the earth; And the coastlands will wait expectantly for His law.”

You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of joy above Your companions.

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; A broken and a contrite heart, God, You will not despise.

For truly in this city there were gathered together against Your holy servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel,

And I will make enemies Of you and the woman, And of your offspring and her Descendant; He shall bruise you on the head, And you shall bruise Him on the heel.”

And the Lord said to him,“ Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and make a mark on the foreheads of the people who groan and sigh over all the abominations which are being committed in its midst.”

So it was broken on that day, and so the afflicted of the flock who were watching me realized that it was the word of the Lord.

To hear the groaning of the prisoner, To set free those who were doomed to death,

“ But as for Me, I have installed My King Upon Zion, My holy mountain.”

For this is what the high and exalted One Who lives forever, whose name is Holy, says:“ I dwell in a high and holy place, And also with the contrite and lowly of spirit In order to revive the spirit of the lowly And to revive the heart of the contrite.

There were those who lived in darkness and in the shadow of death, Prisoners in misery and chains,Because they had rebelled against the words of God And rejected the plan of the Most High.Therefore He humbled their heart with labor; They stumbled and there was no one to help.Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble; He saved them from their distresses.He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death And broke their bands apart.They shall give thanks to the Lord for His mercy, And for His wonders to the sons of mankind!For He has shattered gates of bronze And cut off bars of iron.

The Lord God has given Me the tongue of disciples, So that I may know how to sustain the weary one with a word. He awakens Me morning by morning, He awakens My ear to listen as a disciple.

“ Because your heart was tender and you humbled yourself before God when you heard His words against this place and its inhabitants, and because you humbled yourself before Me, tore your clothes, and wept before Me, I have indeed heard you,” declares the Lord.
