耶穌曰、有云、勿試主爾之上帝、

耶穌曰、記有之、勿試主爾之上帝、

耶穌答曰、經云、勿試主爾之天主、

耶穌答曰：『惟經亦云：莫試上主爾所天。』

Jesus answered,“ It is said:‘ Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’”

Jesus answered,“ Scripture says,‘ Do not test the Lord your God.’ ”( Deuteronomy 6:16)

And Jesus answered him,“ It is said,‘ You shall not put the Lord your God to the test.’”

Jesus responded,“ The Scriptures also say,‘ You must not test the Lord your God.’”
