語園丁曰、我來求果於此樹者三年矣、而弗得、宜斫之、何為曠此土乎、

不恆在我者、猶枝見棄而槁、人拾而投於火焚之、

萬軍之主耶和華、必以威烈伐其枝、雄幹見斫、高者降卑、以鐵斬其叢林、利巴嫩為力士所毀、

大聲呼曰、伐其樹、斫其枝、搖落其葉、播散其果、使獸離其下、使鳥去其枝、

蓋我之上帝、乃焚燬之火也、

王見儆醒之聖使、自天而降曰、伐其樹而毀之、惟留其根於地、在田野青草之間、束以銅鐵之索、濕以天露、俾與野獸共囓乎草、歷至七期、

爾之榮耀威嚴、伊甸諸木、孰可比擬、然必偕同伊甸諸木、下墜地之深處、爾必偃於未受割、而戮於刃者之中、法老及其民眾若此、主耶和華言之矣、

人子歟、葡萄樹在眾木中、葡萄枝在叢林中、有何長乎、可取其木、以製何器、可取其材、以作釘而懸物乎、惟投於火為薪、焚其兩端、並燬其中、尚有何用乎、

拒摩西之律者、有二三人為證、其死無恤、

蓋日將至、人必曰、未妊者、未產者、未哺乳者、福矣、時、人將謂山曰、壓我、謂陵曰、掩我、蓋木之青者猶如此、枯者將若何、
