並有脫於鬼祟病苦之諸婦隨焉。其中瑪麗亦稱瑪達蘭者、曾憑七鬼而獲救、尚有希祿家臣苦撒之妻若翰納、及蘇三納等多婦；諸婦皆以私蓄供耶穌及其徒者也。

內有瑪達蘭之瑪麗、雅谷伯若瑟之母瑪利亞、及慈伯德二子之母。

又有數婦、從遠望之、內有瑪達蘭之瑪麗、雅谷伯與若西之母瑪利亞、及沙羅梅、皆在加利利時恆隨耶穌左右、而為供奉者也。其他諸婦、亦隨耶穌同入耶路撒冷者。

宗徒既集、以奉命傳道及所行事報耶穌、

而瑪麗立於墓外而泣。泣時、俯窺墓中、見二白衣天神、坐於耶穌安寢原處、一在首、一在足、二天神謂瑪麗曰：『女子、何泣為？』對曰：『以人移去吾主、不知置諸何處。』言竟轉身、睹耶穌旁立、而當時猶不知其為耶穌也。耶穌詢之曰：『女子胡為泣、欲覓誰耶？』瑪麗以為園丁、對曰：『先生、爾若移之去者、請示置之何處、俾吾得收領其遺體。』耶穌曰：『瑪麗！』瑪麗即回顧、以猶太語呼之曰：『辣波尼！』辣波尼之為言「夫子」也。耶穌曰：『毋撫吾身！予尚未昇詣吾父也。第去告吾諸弟、予將昇詣吾父、亦即爾父、昇詣吾天主、亦即爾天主。』瑪達蘭瑪麗來報門徒曰：『予已見主、其告予如是。』

禮期首日、平旦、耶穌復活、先現於瑪達蘭之瑪麗、瑪麗者即耶穌曾逐七鬼出於其身者也。耶穌之徒方哀泣、瑪麗往報之。徒聞耶穌復活、且為所見、初不之信。
