They were both righteous before God, walking blamelessly in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord.

He sent two of his disciples, and said to them,“ Go into the city, and there you will meet a man carrying a pitcher of water. Follow him,and wherever he enters in, tell the master of the house,‘ The Teacher says,“ Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?”’He will himself show you a large upper room furnished and ready. Get ready for us there.”His disciples went out, and came into the city, and found things as he had said to them, and they prepared the Passover.

As the lame man who was healed held on to Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the porch that is called Solomon’s, greatly wondering.

But when the fullness of the time came, God sent out his Son, born to a woman, born under the law,that he might redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of children.

But Jesus, answering, said to him,“ Allow it now, for this is the fitting way for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he allowed him.

But Peter and John answered them,“ Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you rather than to God, judge for yourselves,
