为什么万国悖逆，万民图谋虚妄的事呢？地上的君王们站出来，首领们一同商定，敌对耶和华和他的受膏者，说：“让我们挣断他们的捆绑，把他们的绳索从我们身上甩掉！”

他们把耶稣从该亚法那里带到总督府，那时是清晨。他们为了不被污秽，能吃逾越节的晚餐，就没有进入总督府。
