And he said unto him, Lord, with thee I am ready to go both to prison and to death.

伯鐸祿對曰：『主乎、吾即偕子入獄、同子致命、亦所不辭。』

But he replied,“ Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death.”

But Simon replied,“ Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death.”

Peter said to him,“ Lord, I am ready to go with you both to prison and to death.”

Peter said,“ Lord, I am ready to go to prison with you, and even to die with you.”

“ Lord,” he told him,“ I’m ready to go with you both to prison and to death.”

But he said to Him,“ Lord, I am ready to go with You both to prison and to death!”

“ Lord,” he told Him,“ I’m ready to go with You both to prison and to death!”

And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.

But Peter said to him,“ Lord, I am ready to go with you both to prison and to death!”

But Peter said unto him, Although all shall be offended, yet will not I.

But he spake exceeding vehemently, If I must die with thee, I will not deny thee. And in like manner also said they all.

But Peter answered and said unto him, If all shall be offended in thee, I will never be offended.Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, that this night, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.Peter saith unto him, Even if I must die with thee, yet will I not deny thee. Likewise also said all the disciples.

save that the Holy Spirit testifieth unto me in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions abide me.But I hold not my life of any account as dear unto myself, so that I may accomplish my course, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

Then Paul answered, What do ye, weeping and breaking my heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.

But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink the cup that I am about to drink? They say unto him, We are able.

The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it?

And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them sleeping, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour?Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, whither goest thou? Jesus answered, Whither I go, thou canst not follow me now; but thou shalt follow afterwards.Peter saith unto him, Lord, why cannot I follow thee even now? I will lay down my life for thee.

O Jehovah, I know that the way of man is not in himself; it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.

He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool; But whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.
