Then Jesus replied,“ Have I not chosen you, the Twelve? Yet one of you is a devil!”( He meant Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, who, though one of the Twelve, was later to betray him.) (niv)

If an enemy were insulting me, I could endure it; if a foe were rising against me, I could hide.But it is you, a man like myself, my companion, my close friend,with whom I once enjoyed sweet fellowship at the house of God, as we walked about among the worshipers. (niv)

Jesus replied,“ The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with me will betray me. (niv)

But the hand of him who is going to betray me is with mine on the table. (niv)

Jesus said to him,“ Away from me, Satan! For it is written:‘ Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.’” (niv)
