食後、取杯亦然、曰、此杯乃新約、為我血而立者、爾飲之以憶我、

惟爾郇邑、我既立約釁之以血、爾見俘囚、困於眢井、我必釋而出之、

摩西以血灑民曰、此耶和華諭爾之約之血、○

昔吾主耶穌流永堅約之血、為大牧、賜平康之上帝甦之、

此乃我血、即新約之血、為眾流、以赦罪者也、

賜我有能為新約之役、非循舊典、乃本於神、舊典致死、本神致生、

囑者若生、則遺命毋庸、死則永守、

有新約中保耶穌其灑血默籲、較亞伯為尤善、

今所立之約尤善、其許人之福更大、耶穌為其中保、故受職至尊、如前之約罔缺、則後之約毋庸、惟主視其有缺、故諭眾曰、時日伊邇、我與以色列猶大民、將別立新約、此約、與我援其祖出埃及時所立之約異、彼不恆守我舊約、我檳之弗顧、當日之後、吾必與以色列民、共立新約、吾將以我律法、置其衷、銘其心、我將為彼上帝、彼將為我民、彼不需誨其昆弟鄰里、使識上帝、蓋由尊逮卑、眾必知我、余將宥其不義、不念其罪惡、既以此約為新、則以彼約為舊、凡舊而漸衰徵者、必不久自廢、

我所祝福之杯、非共享基督之血乎、我所擘之餅、非共享基督之身乎、既共享一餅、則共為一體、猶一餅焉、不觀夫以色列族、食祭物者、非共享祭壇乎、吾非謂有主偶像者、亦非謂祭偶像之物、而物遂異、蓋異邦人所祭者、非祭上帝、乃祭諸鬼、我不欲爾與鬼交、爾既飲主之杯、則不可飲鬼之杯、爾既共主之席、則不可共鬼之席、

是基督為新約中保、以死贖前約者之罪、使蒙召者、獲所許之永福、

耶和華曰、時日伊邇、我與以色列族猶大家將立新約。
