耶穌對他們說：『在受害以前，我非常切願地要同你們喫這逾越節的筵席。

耶穌對他們說：「我一直非常渴望在我受難之前，與你們一起吃這逾越節的晚餐。

耶穌曰、我切願於受害之先、偕爾食此節筵也、

曰受害之先、我甚願偕爾食此節筵、

耶穌謂之曰、我受害之先、甚願偕爾曹食此逾越節筵、

謂之曰：『予欲於受難前、同爾饗此免難羔、中心渴望、已非一日矣。

And he said to them,“ I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.

Jesus said,“ I have been very eager to eat this Passover meal with you before my suffering begins.

Then he said to them,“ I have fervently desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.

And He said to them,“ I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer;

Then He said to them,“ With fervent desire I have desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer;

And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:

Then He said to them,“ I have fervently desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.

And he said to them,“ I have earnestly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.

Jesus said these things, then lifting up his eyes to heaven, he said,“ Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may also glorify you;

But I have a baptism to be baptized with, and how distressed I am until it is accomplished!

Now before the feast of the Passover, Jesus, knowing that his time had come that he would depart from this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.

Jesus said to them,“ My food is to do the will of him who sent me and to accomplish his work.
