上帝是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。所以，地雖改變，山雖搖動到海心，

耶和華是我的亮光，是我的拯救，我還怕誰呢？耶和華是我生命的保障，我還懼誰呢？那作惡的就是我的仇敵，前來吃我肉的時候就絆跌仆倒。雖有軍隊安營攻擊我，我的心也不害怕；雖然興起戰爭攻擊我，我仍舊安穩。

他不懼怕兇惡的信息，他的心堅定，倚靠耶和華。

「這百姓說同謀背叛的，你們不要說同謀背叛。他們所怕的，你們不要怕，也不要畏懼；

我的肺腑啊，我的肺腑啊，我心疼痛！我的心在我裏面煩躁不安。我不能靜默不言，因我已聽見角聲和打仗的喊聲。毀壞的信息不斷傳來，因為全地荒廢。我的帳棚忽然毀壞，我的幔子頃刻破裂。

忽然來的驚恐，你不要害怕；惡人遭毀滅，也不要恐懼，因為耶和華是你的倚靠，他必保護你的腳不陷入羅網。

耶穌說：「你們要謹慎，不要受迷惑，因為將有好些人冒我的名來，說『我是基督』，又說『時候近了』，你們不要跟從他們！
