Even so you also, when you see these things happening, know that God’s Kingdom is near.

如是、爾見斯事至、則知上帝國近矣、

凡若此爾見之、則知上帝國邇矣、

如是爾見有此事、則知天主國近矣、

故見以上諸兆、亦當知天主之國在邇矣。

Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that the kingdom of God is near.

In the same way, when you see these things happening, you will know that God’s kingdom is near.

So also, when you see these things taking place, you know that the kingdom of God is near.

In the same way, when you see all these things taking place, you can know that the Kingdom of God is near.

In the same way, when you see these things happening, recognize that the kingdom of God is near.

So you too, when you see these things happening, recognize that the kingdom of God is near.

So you also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near.

Even so ye also, when ye see these things coming to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh.

Don’t grumble, brothers, against one another, so that you won’t be judged. Behold, the judge stands at the door.

“ In a very little while, he who comes will come, and will not wait.

Do you think that I have come to give peace in the earth? I tell you, no, but rather division.For from now on, there will be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.They will be divided, father against son, and son against father; mother against daughter, and daughter against her mother; mother- in- law against her daughter- in- law, and daughter- in- law against her mother- in- law.”He said to the multitudes also,“ When you see a cloud rising from the west, immediately you say,‘ A shower is coming,’ and so it happens.When a south wind blows, you say,‘ There will be a scorching heat,’ and it happens.You hypocrites! You know how to interpret the appearance of the earth and the sky, but how is it that you don’t interpret this time?Why don’t you judge for yourselves what is right?

“ Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!”

But the end of all things is near. Therefore be of sound mind, self- controlled, and sober in prayer.

The Pharisees and Sadducees came, and testing him, asked him to show them a sign from heaven.But he answered them,“ When it is evening, you say,‘ It will be fair weather, for the sky is red.’In the morning,‘ It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Hypocrites! You know how to discern the appearance of the sky, but you can’t discern the signs of the times!An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and there will be no sign given to it, except the sign of the prophet Jonah.” He left them, and departed.
