Even so ye also, when ye see these things coming to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh.

凡若此爾見之、則知上帝國邇矣、

如是爾見有此事、則知天主國近矣、

故見以上諸兆、亦當知天主之國在邇矣。

Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that the kingdom of God is near.

In the same way, when you see these things happening, you will know that God’s kingdom is near.

Repent ye; for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore of sound mind, and be sober unto prayer:

And the Pharisees and Sadducees came, and trying him asked him to show them a sign from heaven.But he answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the heaven is red.And in the morning, It will be foul weather to- day: for the heaven is red and lowering. Ye know how to discern the face of the heaven; but ye cannot discern the signs of the times.An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of Jonah.
