『在日月星辰上必有迹象，在地上列國人必有困苦；因了海和翻浪之響聲，人都在為難失措中；

“日、月、星辰要显出异兆，地上的邦国也有困苦；因海中波浪的响声，就慌慌不定。

“日月星辰必显出异兆，怒海汹涌、波涛翻腾，令各国惊恐不安。

“在太阳、月亮和星辰中将有征兆出现；在地上，因海洋的咆哮和翻腾，列国的人就惊慌失措，陷入困惑混乱之中；

“ There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea.

“ There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. The nations of the earth will be in terrible pain. They will be puzzled by the roaring and tossing of the sea.

“ And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves,

“ And there will be strange signs in the sun, moon, and stars. And here on earth the nations will be in turmoil, perplexed by the roaring seas and strange tides.

“ Then there will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars; and there will be anguish on the earth among nations bewildered by the roaring of the sea and the waves.

“ There will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves,

“ Then there will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars; and there will be anguish on the earth among nations bewildered by the roaring sea and waves.

天上的眾星羣宿都不發光；日頭一出就變黑暗，月亮也不放光。

在天上在地上我必顯出奇事，有血、有火、有煙柱；日頭必變為黑暗，月亮必變為血色，在永恆主大而可畏懼的日子未到以前。

『那時負責護衛你本國子民的大天使長米迦勒必站立起來。必有一個遭難時期，從有國以來直到那時、未曾有過的。但那時你本國的子民中、凡查到被記錄在冊上的、必蒙搭救。

我使你熄滅時，必將天遮蔽着，使星辰昏暗現悲相；我必用密雲去遮掩日頭，月亮必不發光。天上之光的發光體我必使它們在你上頭都昏暗現悲相；我必將黑暗放在你國內：這是主永恆主發神諭說的。

羔羊揭開了第六個印的時候，我觀看，當時發生了大地震。日頭變黑像毛袋布，整個月亮變得像血。天上的星晨墜在地上，像無花果樹被大風搖動，丟下它未熟的果子一樣。天被收起，像書卷捲起來；眾山和海島都被移動、離開其位置。

但主的日子總必來到；來時就像賊一樣。當那日、天必轟然一聲地過去，星辰必因烈熾而被消毁，地和地上被造之物就不見了。這一切既都要這樣消毁，你們就該做甚麼樣的人，該怎樣以聖別的品行和虔敬來期待、來催促上帝日子之來臨呢？為了這個、天必被火燒𤏲而消毁，星辰必因烈熾而熔化。

那時月亮必蒙羞，烈日必慚愧；因為萬軍之永恆主必作王，在錫安山、在耶路撒冷、掌權，在敬畏他、的長老面前大有榮耀。

是我，永恆主你的上帝，這攪動大海，使其波浪匉訇的；萬軍之永恆主耶和華是他的名。

那時人必看見人子帶着大能力和榮耀、在雲中來臨。

因此在萬軍之永恆主的震怒中，當他發怒的日子，天必震動，地必搖撼、離其本位。人必像被追趕的瞪羚羊，又如綿羊，無人收聚，各歸向本族之民，各逃到本地。

我看見有一個白色的大寶座和那坐在上面的；地和天都從他面前逃避了；再也找不着其位置了。

『但是當那些日子、那苦難以後、日頭必變黑，月亮必沒有光芒，

我必顯出奇事在上天、神迹在下地，有血、火、與煙霧；

到了中午十二點、黑暗佈滿了整個地方，直到下午三點。

主永恆主發神諭說：『當那日我必使日、中午就落，使地在大白日天竟黑暗。我必使你們的節期變為悲哀，使你們的歌曲都變為哀歌；使人人的腰都束上麻布，人人頭上都光禿。我必使這場哀傷如喪獨生子的悲哀，其末了、終如一天苦苦的日子。』

所以我說：『你們請轉眼、別注視着我！讓我苦苦地哭一頓吧！不要因我眾民之毁滅，你們就急地來安慰我。』因為主萬軍之永恆主使異象平谷中有狼狽驚惶、彼此踐踏、慌慌亂亂的日子：都市被拆毁，呼救聲達到山間。

永恆主啊，洪流揚了起來，洪流揚了聲，洪流揚起着衝激的浪。永恆主在高天、大有威力，勝過諸水的雷轟聲，其威力勝過洋海的激浪。

海雖匉訇，而海水翻騰，山雖因海漲而震戰，我們也不慌。（細拉）

當那日子、他們必向這地咆吼着，就像海嘯之嘩嘩；人若望着這地，就只見黑暗災難；亮光在雲霧中都變為黑暗了。

『那些日子的苦難一過後，日頭就必變黑，月亮必沒有光芒，星辰必從天上墜下，天上的列強萬象必被搖動。

從中午十二點起，那地方都佈滿了黑暗，直到下午三點。

我觀看大地，啊，地沒有定形，混混沌沌；我觀看天，天呢、沒有光。

他們最好的也只像荊棘，最正直的也只像籬笆刺；他們的守望者所說的日子、他們被察罰之日、已經來到；其慌慌亂亂就在眼前了。
