Then he said to them:“ Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

Then Jesus said to them,“ Nation will fight against nation. Kingdom will fight against kingdom.

Then he added,“ Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

Then he told them,“ Nation will be raised up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

Then He continued by saying to them,“ Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom,

Then He said to them,“ Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom;

Then He told them:“ Nation will be raised up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:

Then he said to them,“ Nation will rise up in arms against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

Then he said to them,“ Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places; there will be famines. These are but the beginning of the birth pains.

And I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke;the sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon to blood, before the day of the Lord comes, the great and magnificent day.

And on that day a great panic from the Lord shall fall on them, so that each will seize the hand of another, and the hand of the one will be raised against the hand of the other.

In those times there was no peace to him who went out or to him who came in, for great disturbances afflicted all the inhabitants of the lands.They were broken in pieces. Nation was crushed by nation and city by city, for God troubled them with every sort of distress.

This phrase,“ Yet once more,” indicates the removal of things that are shaken— that is, things that have been made— in order that the things that cannot be shaken may remain.

For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city shall be taken and the houses plundered and the women raped. Half of the city shall go out into exile, but the rest of the people shall not be cut off from the city.Then the Lord will go out and fight against those nations as when he fights on a day of battle.

And I looked, and behold, a white horse! And its rider had a bow, and a crown was given to him, and he came out conquering, and to conquer.When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say,“ Come!”And out came another horse, bright red. Its rider was permitted to take peace from the earth, so that people should slay one another, and he was given a great sword.When he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say,“ Come!” And I looked, and behold, a black horse! And its rider had a pair of scales in his hand.And I heard what seemed to be a voice in the midst of the four living creatures, saying,“ A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius, and do not harm the oil and wine!”When he opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say,“ Come!”And I looked, and behold, a pale horse! And its rider’s name was Death, and Hades followed him. And they were given authority over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword and with famine and with pestilence and by wild beasts of the earth.When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the witness they had borne.They cried out with a loud voice,“ O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”Then they were each given a white robe and told to rest a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brothers should be complete, who were to be killed as they themselves had been.When he opened the sixth seal, I looked, and behold, there was a great earthquake, and the sun became black as sackcloth, the full moon became like blood,

“ Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying, I am about to shake the heavens and the earth,and to overthrow the throne of kingdoms. I am about to destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the nations, and overthrow the chariots and their riders. And the horses and their riders shall go down, every one by the sword of his brother.

And one of them named Agabus stood up and foretold by the Spirit that there would be a great famine over all the world( this took place in the days of Claudius).

And I will stir up Egyptians against Egyptians, and they will fight, each against another and each against his neighbor, city against city, kingdom against kingdom;
