For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,without natural affection, unforgiving, slanderers, without self- control, fierce, not lovers of good,traitors, headstrong, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,holding a form of godliness, but having denied its power. Turn away from these, also.For some of these are people who creep into houses and take captive gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts,

You blind Pharisee, first clean the inside of the cup and of the platter, that its outside may become clean also.“ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitened tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but inwardly are full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness.Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inwardly you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

In you have they treated father and mother with contempt. Among you they have oppressed the foreigner. In you they have wronged the fatherless and the widow.
