憎恨耶和华的人必向他假意归顺，他们的刑期必永无止境。

他们因为有贪心，就用捏造的话，想在你们身上图利；惩罚他们的，自古以来就没有松懈；毁灭他们的，也不会打盹。

等机会从他的口中找把柄。

他们说：“来吧！我们来设计对付耶利米；因为祭司的律法、智慧人的谋略、先知的话都不会断绝。来吧！我们用舌头攻击他，不理会他的一切话。”

恶人窥伺义人，想要杀死他。耶和华必不把他撇弃在恶人的手中，在审判的时候，也不定他的罪。

我听见许多人耳语：“玛歌珥．米撒毕！告发他，我们要告发他！”我所有的知己朋友都等着看我行差踏错，他们说：“希望他会上当，我们就可以胜过他，向他报复。”

就派人到提哥亚去，从那里带了一位聪明的妇人来，对她说：“你要假装居丧的，穿上丧服，不要用油膏抹身体。要装成一个为死者居丧很久的妇人。

众人窥探他会不会在安息日医治那个人，好去控告他。

要对神说：“你的作为多么可畏！因你伟大的能力，你的仇敌必向你假意归顺。

因为强暴人归于无有，好讥笑人的必被灭绝；所有意图行恶的，必被剪除。他们只用一句话就定了人的罪，又设下网罗来陷害城门口那执行裁判的，用毫无根据的事屈枉义人。

至于我，我却像一只驯良的羊羔，被牵到屠宰之地；我并不知道他们设计谋害我。他们说：“我们来把这树和果子（“果子”原文作“它的食物”）都毁灭吧，把它从活人之地剪除，使它的名不再被人记念。”

耶罗波安对他的妻子说：“你起来改装，使人认不出你是耶罗波安的妻子。到示罗去，有亚希雅先知在那里，他曾对我说，我必作这民的王。你要带十个饼，一些饼干和一瓶蜜去见他，他会告诉你孩子将要怎样。”耶罗波安的妻子就这样行了。她动身往示罗去，到了亚希雅的家；亚希雅因为年纪老迈，眼睛昏花，不能看见。耶和华对亚希雅说：“看哪，耶罗波安的妻子要来向你求问关于她儿子的事，因为他病了。你要这样这样告诉她。她进来的时候，必装作别的妇人。”她刚进门的时候，亚希雅就听见她的脚步声，就说：“耶罗波安的妻子啊！进来吧！你为什么要这样改装呢？我奉差派要把凶信告诉你。
