天使進去，對她說：「蒙大恩的女子，我問你安，主和你同在了！」

亞倫正對以色列全會眾說話的時候，他們向曠野觀看，不料，耶和華的榮光在雲中顯現。

於是我起來往平原去，不料，耶和華的榮耀正如我在迦巴魯河邊所見的一樣，停在那裏，我就俯伏於地。

早晨，你們要看見耶和華的榮耀，因為耶和華聽見你們向他所發的怨言了。我們算甚麼，你們竟向我們發怨言呢？」

正在猜疑之間，忽然有兩個人站在旁邊，衣服放光。

必開花繁盛，樂上加樂，而且歡呼。黎巴嫩的榮耀，並迦密與沙崙的華美，必賜給它。人必看見耶和華的榮耀，我們神的華美。

那吩咐光從黑暗裏照出來的神，已經照在我們心裏，叫我們得知神榮耀的光顯在耶穌基督的面上。

以賽亞因為看見他的榮耀，就指着他說這話。

耶和華的使者到了俄弗拉，坐在亞比以謝族人約阿施的橡樹下。約阿施的兒子基甸正在酒醡那裏打麥子，為要防備米甸人。耶和華的使者向基甸顯現，對他說：「大能的勇士啊，耶和華與你同在！」

但主的使者夜間開了監門，領他們出來，

彼此呼喊說：聖哉！聖哉！聖哉！萬軍之耶和華；他的榮光充滿全地！因呼喊者的聲音，門檻的根基震動，殿充滿了煙雲。那時我說：「禍哉！我滅亡了！因為我是嘴唇不潔的人，又住在嘴唇不潔的民中，又因我眼見大君王－萬軍之耶和華。」

甚至祭司不能站立供職，因為耶和華的榮光充滿了殿。

有主的使者站在香壇的右邊，向他顯現。撒迦利亞看見，就驚慌害怕。

耶和華的榮耀必然顯現；凡有血氣的必一同看見；因為這是耶和華親口說的。

我又看見一個白色的大寶座與坐在上面的；從他面前天地都逃避，再無可見之處了。

所見的極其可怕，甚至摩西說：「我甚是恐懼戰兢。」
