父母見之甚異、母曰、兒、何如此行於我、爾父與我傷心尋爾、

二親見之、不勝驚愕。聖母謂之曰：『兒何待我如此？汝父與我覓汝苦矣！』

耶稣说：“为什么找我呢？岂不知我应当以我父的事为念吗？”

众人都称赞他，并希奇他口中所出的恩言；又说：“这不是约瑟的儿子吗？”

耶稣开头传道，年纪约有三十岁。依人看来，他是约瑟的儿子；约瑟是希里的儿子；

耶稣还对众人说话的时候，不料他母亲和他弟兄站在外边，要与他说话。
