He will strike the land with discipline from His mouth, and He will kill the wicked with a command from His lips.Righteousness will be a belt around His loins; faithfulness will be a belt around His waist.

The Word became flesh and took up residence among us. We observed His glory, the glory as the One and Only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

By contrast, the boy Samuel grew in stature and in favor with the Lord and with men.

Samuel grew, and the Lord was with him, and He fulfilled everything Samuel prophesied.

You took me from the womb, making me secure while at my mother’s breast.

And all those who heard Him were astounded at His understanding and His answers.

Who has believed what we have heard? And who has the arm of the Lord been revealed to?He grew up before Him like a young plant and like a root out of dry ground. He didn’t have an impressive form or majesty that we should look at Him, no appearance that we should desire Him.

Finally, be strengthened by the Lord and by His vast strength.

And the apostles were giving testimony with great power to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was on all of them.

So the woman gave birth to a son and named him Samson. The boy grew, and the Lord blessed him.

The boy Samuel served in the Lord’s presence and wore a linen ephod.

You are the most handsome of men; grace flows from your lips. Therefore God has blessed you forever.

I want their hearts to be encouraged and joined together in love, so that they may have all the riches of assured understanding and have the knowledge of God’s mystery— Christ.All the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Him.

You, therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
