Coming up to them at that very moment, she gave thanks to God and spoke about the child to all who were looking forward to the redemption of Jerusalem.

Anna came up to Jesus’ family at that moment. She gave thanks to God. And she spoke about the child to all who were looking forward to the time when Jerusalem would be set free.

And coming up at that very hour she began to give thanks to God and to speak of him to all who were waiting for the redemption of Jerusalem.

She came along just as Simeon was talking with Mary and Joseph, and she began praising God. She talked about the child to everyone who had been waiting expectantly for God to rescue Jerusalem.

看哪，在耶路撒冷有一个名叫西面的人。这个人又公义又虔诚，一直期待着以色列得蒙安慰；圣灵也在他身上。

不过我们一直希望他就是要救赎以色列的那一位。不但如此，从这些事发生到今天，已经是第三天了。

感谢神，因他有无法描述的恩赐！

亚利马太的约瑟来了，鼓起勇气去向彼拉多请求要耶稣的遗体。约瑟是犹太议会中一位受人尊敬的议员，他也期待着神的国。

“主——以色列的神是当受颂赞的，因为他临到了他的子民，并施行了救赎。

撒迦利亚的口立刻开了，舌头也松了，就说出话来，颂赞神。于是住在他们周围的人都感到惧怕，整个犹太山区的人也都在谈论这一切事。所有听见的人都把这一切存在心里，说：“这孩子将来究竟会怎么样呢？”因为显然有主的手与他同在。

玛丽亚说：“我的心尊主为大，我的灵以神我的救主为乐，因为他看顾他婢女的卑微。看哪，从今以后，世世代代都要称我有福，因为那全能者为我行了大事；他的名是神圣的。他的怜悯，世世代代临到敬畏他的人。他用膀臂施展大能，驱散那些心思意念骄傲的人。他把权能者从高位上拉下，又把卑微的人高举。他用美物满足饥饿的人，让富有的人空手而去。他扶助他的仆人以色列，不忘怜悯，正如他对我们祖先，对亚伯拉罕和他的后裔所说的，直到永远。”玛丽亚与伊莉莎白一起住了大约三个月，就回家去了。

愿颂赞归于神——我们主耶稣基督的父！他在基督里，以天上各样属灵的福气祝福了我们，

西面把孩子抱在怀里，颂赞神说：“主啊，现在可以照你的话，让你的奴仆平平安安地离去，因为我的眼睛已经看见你的救恩，就是你为万民所预备的：他是启示外邦人的光，是你子民以色列的荣耀。”

这个人并没有赞同他们的计划和行为；他是犹太的亚利马太城的人，一直期待着神的国。
