When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another,“ Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”

When the angels went away from them into heaven, the shepherds said to one another,“ Let us go over to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has made known to us.”

When the angels had returned to heaven, the shepherds said to each other,“ Let’s go to Bethlehem! Let’s see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”

When the angels had left them and returned to heaven, the shepherds said to one another,“ Let’s go straight to Bethlehem and see what has happened, which the Lord has made known to us.”

When the angels had departed from them into heaven, the shepherds began saying to one another,“ Let’s go straight to Bethlehem, then, and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has made known to us.”

So it was, when the angels had gone away from them into heaven, that the shepherds said to one another,“ Let us now go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has come to pass, which the Lord has made known to us.”

And it came to pass, when the angels went away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing that is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.

週日清晨，天還未亮，抹大拉的瑪麗亞就來到墳墓前，發現封住墓口的石頭已經挪開了。她趕快跑去告訴西門·彼得和耶穌所愛的那個門徒，說：「有人把主從墳墓裡搬走了，不知放到哪裡去了。」彼得和那個門徒聽了就出去，往墳墓那邊跑。兩個人一起跑，但那個門徒比彼得跑得快，所以先到了墳墓。他並沒有進去，只是探頭往裡看，看見細麻布還在那裡。西門·彼得隨後也來了，他進到裡邊，看到細麻布放在那裡，耶穌的裹頭巾則捲著放在另一處，沒有和細麻布放在一起。先到的那個門徒也進來了，看見這種情形，就信了。因為他們還不明白聖經上有關耶穌必要從死裡復活的話。然後，他們各自回家去了。

在審判的日子，南方的女王和這世代的人都要起來，她要定這個世代的罪，因為她曾不遠千里來聽所羅門王的智言慧語。看啊！這裡有一人比所羅門王更偉大。

希律王執政期間，耶穌降生在猶太的伯利恆城。當時有幾位智者從東方來到耶路撒冷，問道：「那生來做猶太人之王的在哪裡呢？我們在東方看見祂的星，特來朝拜祂。」

他們邊走邊談，忽然有火馬拉的火車把他們二人隔開，以利亞乘著旋風升上了天。

他們聽了王的吩咐，就去了。忽然，那顆曾在東方出現的星又出現在他們前面，引領他們來到小孩耶穌所在的地方，便停下來。他們看見那顆星，喜出望外。他們進了屋子，看見孩子和祂母親瑪麗亞，就俯伏在地上拜祂，並打開盛寶物的盒子獻上黃金、乳香和沒藥作禮物。

耶和華的作為偉大，所有喜歡的人都必思想。

基督已經升到天上，坐在上帝的右邊，眾天使、掌權的、有能力的都服從了祂。

正祝福的時候，祂就離開了他們，被接到天上去了。

耶和華用旋風接以利亞升天之前，以利亞和以利沙正在離開吉甲的路上。

摩西想：「我要過去看這個奇異的景象，荊棘為什麼沒有被燒掉呢？」
