Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus,“ Teacher, rebuke your disciples!”

Some of the Pharisees in the crowd spoke to Jesus.“ Teacher,” they said,“ tell your disciples to stop!”

And some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to him,“ Teacher, rebuke your disciples.”

But some of the Pharisees among the crowd said,“ Teacher, rebuke your followers for saying things like that!”

Some of the Pharisees from the crowd told him,“ Teacher, rebuke your disciples.”

And some of the Pharisees called to Him from the crowd,“ Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.”

And some of the Pharisees from the multitude said unto him, Teacher, rebuke thy disciples.

Some of the Pharisees from the crowd told Him,“ Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.”

And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.

But some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to him,“ Teacher, rebuke your disciples.”

Some of the Pharisees from the multitude said to him,“ Teacher, rebuke your disciples!”

“ But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you shut the kingdom of heaven in front of people; for you do not enter it yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in.

saying,“ What are we to do with these men? For the fact that a noteworthy miracle has taken place through them is apparent to all who live in Jerusalem, and we cannot deny it.But so that it will not spread any further among the people, let’s warn them not to speak any longer to any person in this name.”And when they had summoned them, they commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus.

As they were speaking to the people, the priests and the captain of the temple guard and the Sadducees came up to them,being greatly disturbed because they were teaching the people and proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection from the dead.

Or do you think that the Scripture says to no purpose,“ He jealously desires the Spirit whom He has made to dwell in us”?

But the chief priests planned to put Lazarus to death also,

So the Pharisees said to one another,“ You see that you are not accomplishing anything; look, the world has gone after Him!”

But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that He had done, and the children who were shouting in the temple area,“ Hosanna to the Son of David,” they became indignant,and they said to Him,“ Do You hear what these children are saying?” And Jesus* said to them,“ Yes. Have you never read,‘ From the mouths of infants and nursing babies You have prepared praise for Yourself’?”

Therefore the chief priests and the Pharisees convened a council meeting, and they were saying,“ What are we doing in regard to the fact that this man is performing many signs?If we let Him go on like this, all the people will believe in Him, and the Romans will come and take over both our place and our nation.”

Lord, Your hand is lifted up, yet they do not see it. They see Your zeal for the people and are put to shame; Indeed, fire will devour Your enemies.
