还是你藐视他丰富的恩慈、宽容、忍耐，不知道他的恩慈是领你悔改吗？你竟放任你刚硬不悔改的心，为自己累积愤怒！在愤怒的日子，上帝公义的审判要显示出来。

“我的子民中有困苦人在你那里，你若借钱给他，不可如放债的向他取利息。你果真拿了邻舍的外衣作抵押，也要在日落前还给他；因为他只有这一件用来作被子，是他蔽体的衣服。他还可以拿什么睡觉呢？当他哀求我，我就应允，因为我是有恩惠的。

“你借给你弟兄的，无论是钱财是粮食，或任何可生利息的财物，都不可取利。借给外邦人可以取利，但借给你的弟兄就不可取利；好让耶和华—你的上帝在你去得为业的地上和你手里所做的一切，赐福给你。
