When Jesus heard this, he said to him,“ You still lack one thing. Sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”

你们要变卖所有的周济人，为自己预备永不坏的钱囊，用不尽的财宝在天上，就是贼不能近、虫不能蛀的地方。

耶稣说：“你若愿意作完全人，可去变卖你所有的，分给穷人，就必有财宝在天上；你还要来跟从我。”

又要嘱咐他们行善，在好事上富足，甘心施舍，乐意供给人，为自己积成美好的根基，预备将来，叫他们持定那真正的生命。

但是不可少的只有一件；马利亚已经选择那上好的福分，是不能夺去的。”

我又告诉你们，要藉着那不义的钱财结交朋友，到了钱财无用的时候，他们可以接你们到永存的帐幕里去。

弟兄们，我不是以为自己已经得着了；我只有一件事，就是忘记背后，努力面前的，

耶稣又对众人说：“若有人要跟从我，就当舍己，天天背起他的十字架来跟从我。

“不要为自己积攒财宝在地上；地上有虫子咬，能锈坏，也有贼挖窟窿来偷。只要积攒财宝在天上；天上没有虫子咬，不能锈坏，也没有贼挖窟窿来偷。

亲爱的弟兄啊，有一件事你们不可忘记，就是主看一日如千年，千年如一日。

彼得就对他说：“看哪，我们已经撇下所有的跟从你，将来我们要得什么呢？”耶稣说：“我实在告诉你们，你们这跟从我的人，到复兴的时候，人子坐在他荣耀的宝座上，你们也要坐在十二个宝座上，审判以色列十二个支派。

他们走路的时候，有一人对耶稣说：“你无论往哪里去，我要跟从你。”耶稣说：“狐狸有洞，天空的飞鸟有窝，只是人子没有枕头的地方。”又对一个人说：“跟从我来！”那人说：“主，容我先回去埋葬我的父亲。”耶稣说：“任凭死人埋葬他们的死人，你只管去传扬神国的道。”又有一人说：“主，我要跟从你，但容我先去辞别我家里的人。”耶稣说：“手扶着犁向后看的，不配进神的国。”

有一件事，我曾求耶和华，我仍要寻求：就是一生一世住在耶和华的殿中，瞻仰他的荣美，在他的殿里求问。

信的人都在一处，凡物公用，并且卖了田产、家业，照各人所需用的分给各人。

内中也没有一个缺乏的；因为人人将田产房屋都卖了，把所卖的价银拿来，放在使徒脚前，照各人所需用的，分给各人。有一个利未人，生在塞浦路斯，名叫约瑟，使徒称他为巴拿巴（“巴拿巴”翻出来就是“劝慰子”）。他有田地，也卖了，把价银拿来，放在使徒脚前。
