Like newborn infants, desire the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow up into your salvation,

Gather the people— men, women, dependents, and the resident aliens within your city gates— so that they may listen and learn to fear the LORD your God and be careful to follow all the words of this law.

Brothers and sisters, don’t be childish in your thinking, but be infants in regard to evil and adult in your thinking.

your dependents, your wives, and the resident aliens in your camps who cut your wood and draw your water—

All Judah was standing before the LORD with their dependents, their wives, and their children.

The land of Egypt and the land of Canaan were exhausted by the famine.Joseph collected all the silver to be found in the land of Egypt and the land of Canaan in exchange for the grain they were purchasing, and he brought the silver to Pharaoh’s palace.
