而不對他說：‘給我預備晚餐，束起腰來服事我，等我吃喝完了，你才吃喝’呢？

岂不对他说：‘你给我预备晚饭，束上带子伺候我，等我吃喝完了，你才可以吃喝’吗？

他岂不对仆人说‘你给我预备晚饭，束上带子伺候我，等我吃喝完了，你才可以吃喝’吗？

他岂不对仆人说‘你给我预备晚饭，束上带子伺候我，等我吃喝完了，你才可以吃喝’吗？

不都是吩咐他‘给我准备晚饭，束上腰带伺候我用餐，等我吃完，你才可以吃’吗？

而不对他说：‘给我预备晚餐，束起腰来服事我，等我吃喝完了，你才吃喝’呢？

他难道不会对奴仆说‘你预备我所要吃的晚餐，束上腰带伺候我，等我吃喝完了，你才要吃喝’吗？

豈不對他說：『你給我預備晚飯，束上帶子伺候我，等我吃喝完了，你才可以吃喝』嗎？

他豈不對僕人說『你給我預備晚飯，束上帶子伺候我，等我吃喝完了，你才可以吃喝』嗎？

他豈不對僕人說『你給我預備晚飯，束上帶子伺候我，等我吃喝完了，你才可以吃喝』嗎？

不都是吩咐他『給我準備晚飯，束上腰帶伺候我用餐，等我吃完，你才可以吃』嗎？

而不對他說：「你豫備我所要喫的飯，並且束上帶子來伺候我；等我喫喝完了，然後你才喫喝」呢？

他難道不會對奴僕說『你預備我所要吃的晚餐，束上腰帶伺候我，等我吃喝完了，你才要吃喝』嗎？

豈不曰、備我餐、束帶事我、迨我食飲後、爾食飲也、

豈不曰、先備我餐、束帶事我、我飲食後、爾飲食可也、

豈不曰、備我餐、束帶事我、待我飲食畢、爾始可飲食乎、

詎不曰：「為我備膳、束帶以侍、俟予既食且飲、爾乃可食而飲也。」

Won’t he rather say,‘ Prepare my supper, get yourself ready and wait on me while I eat and drink; after that you may eat and drink’?

No. Instead, you will say,‘ Prepare my supper. Get yourself ready. Wait on me while I eat and drink. Then after that you can eat and drink.’

Will he not rather say to him,‘ Prepare supper for me, and dress properly, and serve me while I eat and drink, and afterward you will eat and drink’?

No, he says,‘ Prepare my meal, put on your apron, and serve me while I eat. Then you can eat later.’

Instead, will he not tell him,‘ Prepare something for me to eat, get ready, and serve me while I eat and drink; later you can eat and drink’?

On the contrary, will he not say to him,‘ Prepare something for me to eat, and properly clothe yourself and serve me while I eat and drink; and afterward you may eat and drink’?

But will he not rather say to him,‘ Prepare something for my supper, and gird yourself and serve me till I have eaten and drunk, and afterward you will eat and drink’?

and will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?

Instead, will he not tell him,‘ Prepare something for me to eat, get ready, and serve me while I eat and drink; later you can eat and drink’?

And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?

Won’t the master instead say to him,‘ Get my dinner ready, and make yourself ready to serve me while I eat and drink. Then you may eat and drink’?

and will not rather tell him,‘ Prepare my supper, clothe yourself properly, and serve me, while I eat and drink. Afterward you shall eat and drink’?

主人來到了，看見僕人警醒，這些僕人就有福了。我實在告訴你們，主人必親自束腰，招待他們吃飯，進前來侍候他們。

約瑟見便雅憫與他們同來，就對管家說：“把這些人帶到我家裡，要宰殺牲畜，預備筵席，因為在正午的時候，這些人要與我一起吃飯。”

於是大衛從地上起來，洗澡，抹膏，更換衣服，進耶和華的殿去敬拜，然後回到自己的宮裡去，吩咐人給他擺上飯，他就吃了。
