On that day no one who is on the housetop, with possessions inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything.

Suppose someone is on the housetop on that day. And suppose what they own is inside the house. They should not go down to get what they own. No one in the field should go back for anything either.

On that day, let the one who is on the housetop, with his goods in the house, not come down to take them away, and likewise let the one who is in the field not turn back.

On that day a person out on the deck of a roof must not go down into the house to pack. A person out in the field must not return home.

“当你们看见那‘施行毁灭的亵渎者’站在不当站的地方（读这经的人要会意），那时，在犹太的，应当逃到山上；在屋顶上的，不要下来，也不要进家里去拿东西；在田里的，不要回去取衣裳。

你为自己图谋大事吗？不要图谋！看哪，我必使灾祸临到凡有血肉之躯的。但你无论往哪里去，我要保全你的性命。这是耶和华说的。”

只是我先前以为对我是有益的，我现在因基督的缘故而当作是有损的。不但如此，我已把万事当作是有损的，因我以认识我主基督耶稣为至宝。我为他已经丢弃万事，看作粪土，为要赢得基督，

在屋顶上的，不要下来拿家里的东西；在田里的，不要回去取衣裳。在那些日子，怀孕的和奶孩子的就苦了。你们要祈求，好让你们逃走的时候，不遇见冬天或安息日。因为那时必有大灾难，自从世界的起头直到如今，从没有这样的灾难，将来也不会有。

那时，在犹太的，应当逃到山上；在城里的，应当出来；在乡下的，不要进城。

人若赚得全世界，赔上自己的生命，有什么益处呢？人还能拿什么换生命呢？

撒但回答耶和华说：“人以皮代皮，情愿舍去一切所有的，来保全性命。

“所以，我告诉你们，不要为你们的生命忧虑吃什么喝什么，或为你们的身体忧虑穿什么。生命不胜于饮食吗？身体不胜于衣裳吗？
