On that day no one who is on the housetop, with possessions inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything.

Suppose someone is on the housetop on that day. And suppose what they own is inside the house. They should not go down to get what they own. No one in the field should go back for anything either.

On that day, let the one who is on the housetop, with his goods in the house, not come down to take them away, and likewise let the one who is in the field not turn back.

On that day a person out on the deck of a roof must not go down into the house to pack. A person out in the field must not return home.

“你们看见那行毁坏可憎的，站在不当站的地方（读这经的人须要会意）。那时，在犹太的，应当逃到山上；在房上的，不要下来，也不要进去拿家里的东西；在田里的，也不要回去取衣裳。

你为自己图谋大事吗？不要图谋！我必使灾祸临到凡有血气的。但你无论往哪里去，我必使你以自己的命为掠物。这是耶和华说的。”

只是我先前以为与我有益的，我现在因基督都当作有损的。不但如此，我也将万事当作有损的，因我以认识我主基督耶稣为至宝。我为他已经丢弃万事，看作粪土，为要得着基督；

在房上的，不要下来拿家里的东西；在田里的，也不要回去取衣裳。当那些日子，怀孕的和奶孩子的有祸了。你们应当祈求，叫你们逃走的时候，不遇见冬天或是安息日。因为那时必有大灾难，从世界的起头直到如今，没有这样的灾难，后来也必没有。

那时，在犹太的应当逃到山上；在城里的应当出来；在乡下的不要进城；

人若赚得全世界，赔上自己的生命，有什么益处呢？人还能拿什么换生命呢？

撒但回答耶和华说：“人以皮代皮，情愿舍去一切所有的，保全性命。

“所以我告诉你们，不要为生命忧虑吃什么，喝什么；为身体忧虑穿什么。生命不胜于饮食吗？身体不胜于衣裳吗？
