On that day no one who is on the housetop, with possessions inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything.

Suppose someone is on the housetop on that day. And suppose what they own is inside the house. They should not go down to get what they own. No one in the field should go back for anything either.

“当你们看见‘那带来毁灭的亵渎者’站在不该站的地方时——读者应当思考——那时，在犹太的人应当逃到山里；在屋顶上的人，不要下来，也不要进屋子里去拿什么东西；在田里的人，不要转回到背后的事上，去拿自己的衣服。

然而，以前对我有益的事，现在因基督的缘故，我已经把这些事看做是损失。不但如此，我甚至把一切都看做是损失，因为我把认识我主基督耶稣看为是至高无上的。我为基督耶稣损失了一切，而且把一切都看做是粪土，为要赢得基督，

在屋顶上的人，不要下来拿屋子里的东西；在田里的人，不要返回去拿自己的衣服。在那些日子里，孕妇和哺乳的女人有祸了！你们要祷告，好让你们逃难的时候不在冬天，也不在安息日。因为那时将有大患难。这样的患难从世界开始直到如今，从来没有发生过，也绝不再发生。

那时，在犹太的人应当逃到山里；在城里的人应当出来；在乡下的人不要进城；

一个人就是赚得了全世界，却赔上了自己的生命，到底有什么益处呢？人还能拿什么来换回自己的生命呢？

“所以我告诉你们：不要为你们的生命而忧虑吃什么、喝什么；也不要为你们的身体而忧虑穿什么；难道生命不比食物更重要，身体不比衣服更重要吗？
