On that day no one who is on the housetop, with possessions inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything.

Suppose someone is on the housetop on that day. And suppose what they own is inside the house. They should not go down to get what they own. No one in the field should go back for anything either.

On that day, let the one who is on the housetop, with his goods in the house, not come down to take them away, and likewise let the one who is in the field not turn back.

On that day a person out on the deck of a roof must not go down into the house to pack. A person out in the field must not return home.

“当你们看见‘那造成荒凉的可憎者’，站在不该站的地方（读者必须领悟），那时，住在犹太的应当逃到山上；在房顶的不要下来，也不要进到屋子里拿什么东西；在田里的也不要回去取衣服。

你要为自己图谋大事吗？不要图谋！看哪！我必使灾祸降在全人类身上，但无论你到什么地方去，我必使你捡回自己的性命。’”这是耶和华的宣告。

然而以前对我有益的，现在因着基督的缘故，我都当作是有损的。不但这样，我也把万事当作是有损的，因为我以认识我主基督耶稣为至宝。为了他，我把万事都抛弃了，看作废物，为了要得着基督。

在房顶的不要下来拿家里的东西；在田里的也不要回去取衣服。当那些日子，怀孕的和乳养孩子的有祸了！你们应当祈求，叫你们逃难的时候，不是在冬天或安息日，因为那时必有大灾难，这是从世界的开始到现在未曾有过的，以后也必不会再有。

那时，住在犹太的，应该逃到山上；住在城里的，要离开；住在乡下的，不要进城。

人若赚得全世界，却赔上自己的生命，有什么好处呢？人还能用什么换回自己的生命呢？

撒但回答耶和华说：“人以皮换皮，宁可付出他所有的一切去保命。

所以我告诉你们，不要为生命忧虑吃什么喝什么，也不要为身体忧虑穿什么。难道生命不比食物重要吗？身体不比衣服重要吗？
