主見不義操會所行、稱其巧、蓋此世之人、其為身謀、較光明之人、尤巧也、○

主人乃譽此不義之司事者、因其所行者巧也、蓋此世之子、為世事而謀、較光明之子尤巧、

掌家固不義、然其深思遠慮、即其主人、亦不能不為之歎佩。蓋世俗子之所以謀身者、有敏於光明子之所以謀道者焉。

“ The master commended the dishonest manager because he had acted shrewdly. For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light.

“ The manager had not been honest. But the master praised him for being clever. The people of this world are clever in dealing with those who are like themselves. They are more clever than God’s people.

The master commended the dishonest manager for his shrewdness. For the sons of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own generation than the sons of light.

“ The rich man had to admire the dishonest rascal for being so shrewd. And it is true that the children of this world are more shrewd in dealing with the world around them than are the children of the light.

“ The master praised the unrighteous manager because he had acted shrewdly. For the children of this age are more shrewd than the children of light in dealing with their own people.

And his master complimented the unrighteous manager because he had acted shrewdly; for the sons of this age are more shrewd in relation to their own kind than the sons of light.

So the master commended the unjust steward because he had dealt shrewdly. For the sons of this world are more shrewd in their generation than the sons of light.

And his lord commended the unrighteous steward because he had done wisely: for the sons of this world are for their own generation wiser than the sons of the light.

“ The master praised the unrighteous manager because he had acted astutely. For the sons of this age are more astute than the sons of light in dealing with their own people.

And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.

你们从前原是黑暗，但如今在主里就是光；你们要像属于光的儿女行走，

因为你们都是光明的儿女，白昼的儿女。我们不属于黑夜，也不属于黑暗。

你们要趁着有光的时候信这光，好使你们成为光明的儿女。”耶稣说了这些话，就离开他们被隐藏了。

耶稣对他们说：“这世代的儿女又娶又嫁；

在最小的事上忠心的人，在很多事上也忠心；在最小的事上不义的人，在很多事上也不义。

懒惰的人哪，你当到蚂蚁那里去，观看它的行为，得着智慧！蚂蚁虽然没有统领，没有官长，也没有管辖者，却在夏天预备自己的粮食，在收割的时候收集自己的食物。

在耶和华神所造的田野各样活物中，蛇是最狡猾的。它对女人说：“难道神真说过，你们不可吃这园子中任何树上的果实吗？”

耶和华啊，求你用手使我脱离世人——他们只在今生有份：你用你所储藏的填满他们的肚腹；他们也因有儿女而满足，还把剩余的留给他们的幼儿。

我知道我该做什么了，好使我被免除管家的任务以后，人们会接我到他们家里去。’

他们的结局就是灭亡；他们的神就是自己的私欲；他们的荣耀在自己的羞耻之中；他们所思想的都是地上的事。

从这一点，谁是神的儿女，谁是魔鬼的儿女就清清楚楚了。凡是不行公义的，就不属于神；不爱自己弟兄的，也不属于神。

谁都不可自欺！如果你们中间有人自以为在这个世代中是有智慧的，他就应该变为愚拙，好成为有智慧的，

彼得回答说：“向外人。”耶稣说：“因此儿女可以免了。

主接着说：“你们当听这个不公义的审判官所说的！

但你们属于蒙拣选的族类、君王的祭司体系、圣洁的国度，是属神的子民；为要使你们宣扬曾召唤你们的那一位的美德——他召唤你们出黑暗，入他奇妙的光明。

要知道，人必看见智慧人也会死；愚昧人和愚拙人一同灭亡，把他们的财富留给别人。他们以为自己的家必存到永远，他们的住所必存到万代；他们用自己的名字给土地命名。可是人在尊荣中不能持久，就像要灭亡的牲畜一样。这就是那些愚昧之人的道路，也是他们之后那些喜悦他们话语之人的道路。细拉他们像注定下到阴间的羊群，死亡将作他们的牧者；到了清晨，正直人将管辖他们。他们的形体必被阴间吞噬，无处容身。然而神将救赎我的灵魂脱离阴间的权势，他必会把我接去。细拉当有人变得富有，他家中的尊荣增多的时候，你不要害怕，因为他死的时候，什么都带不走，他的尊荣也不能随着他下去。虽然人活着的时候自夸为有福，说：“只要你做得好，人们就会称赞你”，但他的灵魂却要归到他历代的祖先那里，永远不再看到光。
