凡出妻而他娶者、則犯姦淫、凡娶人所出之婦者、亦犯姦淫、○

凡出妻而另娶者、姦也。娶人所出之妻者、亦姦也。

“ Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery, and the man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

“ Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery. Also, the man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

“ Everyone who divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery, and he who marries a woman divorced from her husband commits adultery.

Every one that putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and he that marrieth one that is put away from a husband committeth adultery.

He told them,“ Whoever divorces his wife and marries someone else commits adultery against her.And if a woman divorces her husband and marries someone else, she commits adultery.”

“ You have heard the law that says,‘ A man can divorce his wife by merely giving her a written notice of divorce.’But I say that a man who divorces his wife, unless she has been unfaithful, causes her to commit adultery. And anyone who marries a divorced woman also commits adultery.

But for those who are married, I have a command that comes not from me, but from the Lord. A wife must not leave her husband.But if she does leave him, let her remain single or else be reconciled to him. And the husband must not leave his wife.Now, I will speak to the rest of you, though I do not have a direct command from the Lord. If a fellow believer has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to continue living with him, he must not leave her.

The wife gives authority over her body to her husband, and the husband gives authority over his body to his wife.
