至於已有家室者、予有命焉、豈第予命實主命也：妻不得離其夫、即離、當守獨身、或言歸於好；夫亦不得離其妻。至於其他、予自言焉非主言也：如兄弟中有不信教理之妻、而其妻願意與之同居、則勿離之；

為妻者對其自身不能自由處置、處置之權屬於乃夫；為夫者亦不能自由處置其自身、處置之權屬於乃妻。雙方不得彼此剝奪其權；
