來到家裏，就招集朋友和同鄉，對他們說：「和我一同歡喜吧，因為我那失掉的羊、我已經找着了。

就请朋友邻舍来，对他们说：‘我失去的羊已经找着了，你们和我一同欢喜吧！’

他回到家里，请朋友和邻舍来，对他们说：‘你们和我一同欢喜吧，我失去的羊已经找到了！’

他回到家里，请朋友和邻舍来，对他们说：‘你们和我一同欢喜吧，我失去的羊已经找到了！’

并邀来朋友邻居，说，‘我走失的羊找到了，来和我一同庆祝吧！’

回到家里，请朋友邻舍来，对他们说：‘请大家和我一同欢乐，因为我失去的羊已经找到了！’

回到家里请朋友和邻居来，对他们说：‘你们与我一同欢乐吧，因为我找到了那只丢失的羊。’

就請朋友鄰舍來，對他們說：『我失去的羊已經找着了，你們和我一同歡喜吧！』

歸家、集其友與鄰謂之曰、爾與我同樂、以亡羊已得矣、

召其鄰友曰：「亡羊已獲、胥其與吾同樂。」

因為我這個兒子死又再活了；失掉又得着了。」他們就歡躍起來。

我如亡羊、走迷了路；求你尋找你僕人；因為你的誡命、我不忘記。

我告訴你們，為了一個罪人悔改，在上帝的使者面前也這樣地有喜樂。』

你們像羊走迷了路，如今卻回轉過來、歸你們靈魂的牧人和監督了。

娶新婦的是新郎；新郎的朋友、那站着聽他的、一聽見新郎的聲音，就歡喜快樂；所以我的這喜樂是已得完滿了。

故此弟兄們，在我們的一切困難和患難中、我們藉着你們的信心、就在你們的事上得了鼓勵了。如今你們若在主裏站穩，我們就真地活了。我們為了你們的緣故、在我們的上帝面前、大大喜樂（黑夜白日、格外懇切地祈求、要見你們的面、來補你們信心的缺欠）；在這一切喜樂上、我們能用何等的感謝來為你們報答上帝呢？

『一切愛慕耶路撒冷的人哪，你們都要跟耶路撒冷一同歡喜，都要因她而快樂哦！一切為她哀悼的人哪，你們都要跟她一同喜悅高興哦！好使你們從她那能安慰人的懷裏喫奶，喫得飽足；使你們從她豐盛的乳房上擠奶，擠得有樂趣。』

巴拿巴到了那裏，看見上帝的恩，就歡喜，又鼓勵眾人以心中的定志緊依附着主。

「我告訴你們，為了一個罪人悔改，在天上也必有這樣的喜樂，比為了九十九個無需乎悔改的義人，喜樂還要大呢。

然而、就使我的血做奠祭來澆在你們信心的祭物和供奉上、我也歡喜，並且和你們眾人一同歡喜。

忽然有一羣天兵同那天使頌讚上帝說：『在至高地方、榮耀歸於上帝；地上和平、在他所喜悅的人中間。

於是他們受了教會的送行，就經過腓尼基和撒瑪利亞，詳敘外國人之回轉，給了眾弟兄很大的喜樂。

所以我所親愛所切慕的弟兄們，我的喜樂和華冠哪，你們要這樣站穩在主裏，親愛的啊。

因為當我們主耶穌御臨的時候、在他面前、我們的盼望或喜樂、或所誇耀的華冠、是甚麼呢？不正是你們麼？

你們、就是我的朋友，如果你們實行我所命令你們的。

你們從前不是子民，如今卻是上帝的子民；從前沒有蒙憐恤，如今卻蒙了憐恤。

我每一次為你們眾人祈求的時候，我總是歡歡喜喜祈求的。
