召其鄰友曰：「亡羊已獲、胥其與吾同樂。」

For“ you were like sheep going astray,” but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls. (niv)

The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the bridegroom’s voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete. (niv)

Therefore, brothers and sisters, in all our distress and persecution we were encouraged about you because of your faith.For now we really live, since you are standing firm in the Lord.How can we thank God enough for you in return for all the joy we have in the presence of our God because of you? “ Rejoice with Jerusalem and be glad for her, all you who love her; rejoice greatly with her, all you who mourn over her.For you will nurse and be satisfied at her comforting breasts; you will drink deeply and delight in her overflowing abundance.” (niv)

When he arrived and saw what the grace of God had done, he was glad and encouraged them all to remain true to the Lord with all their hearts. (niv)

I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. (niv)

But even if I am being poured out like a drink offering on the sacrifice and service coming from your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you. (niv)

Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,“ Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.” (niv)

The church sent them on their way, and as they traveled through Phoenicia and Samaria, they told how the Gentiles had been converted. This news made all the believers very glad. (niv)

Therefore, my brothers and sisters, you whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, stand firm in the Lord in this way, dear friends! (niv)

For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes? Is it not you? (niv)

You are my friends if you do what I command. (niv)

Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy. (niv)
