就请朋友邻舍来，对他们说：‘我失去的羊已经找着了，你们和我一同欢喜吧！’

歸而集其友鄰、謂之曰、與我同樂、我之亡羊已獲矣、

會其友鄰曰亡羊既獲、與我同樂、

歸家、集其友與鄰謂之曰、爾與我同樂、以亡羊已得矣、

召其鄰友曰：「亡羊已獲、胥其與吾同樂。」

因为我这个儿子是死而复活，失而又得的。’他们就快乐起来。

我如亡羊走迷了路，求你寻找仆人，因我不忘记你的命令。

我告诉你们，一个罪人悔改，在神的使者面前也是这样为他欢喜。”

你们从前好像迷路的羊，如今却归到你们灵魂的牧人监督了。

娶新妇的就是新郎；新郎的朋友站着，听见新郎的声音就甚喜乐。故此，我这喜乐满足了。

所以，弟兄们，我们在一切困苦患难之中，因着你们的信心就得了安慰。你们若靠主站立得稳，我们就活了。我们在神面前，因着你们甚是喜乐；为这一切喜乐，可用何等的感谢为你们报答神呢？

你们爱慕耶路撒冷的都要与她一同欢喜快乐；你们为她悲哀的都要与她一同乐上加乐；使你们在她安慰的怀中吃奶得饱，使他们得她丰盛的荣耀，犹如挤奶，满心喜乐。

他到了那里，看见神所赐的恩就欢喜，劝勉众人，立定心志，恒久靠主。

我告诉你们，一个罪人悔改，在天上也要这样为他欢喜，较比为九十九个不用悔改的义人欢喜更大。”

我以你们的信心为供献的祭物，我若被浇奠在其上，也是喜乐，并且与你们众人一同喜乐。

忽然，有一大队天兵同那天使赞美神说：“在至高之处荣耀归与神！在地上平安归与他所喜悦的人。”

于是教会送他们起行。他们经过腓尼基、撒玛利亚，随处传说外邦人归主的事，叫众弟兄都甚欢喜。

我所亲爱、所想念的弟兄们，你们就是我的喜乐，我的冠冕。我亲爱的弟兄，你们应当靠主站立得稳。

我们的盼望和喜乐，并所夸的冠冕是什么呢？岂不是我们主耶稣来的时候、你们在他面前站立得住吗？

你们若遵行我所吩咐的，就是我的朋友了。

你们从前算不得子民，现在却作了神的子民；从前未曾蒙怜恤，现在却蒙了怜恤。

每逢为你们众人祈求的时候，常是欢欢喜喜地祈求。
