回到家裡請朋友和鄰居來，對他們說：『你們與我一同歡樂吧，因為我找到了那隻丟失的羊。』

就请朋友邻舍来，对他们说：‘我失去的羊已经找着了，你们和我一同欢喜吧！’

他回到家里，请朋友和邻舍来，对他们说：‘你们和我一同欢喜吧，我失去的羊已经找到了！’

并邀来朋友邻居，说，‘我走失的羊找到了，来和我一同庆祝吧！’

來到家裏，就招集朋友和同鄉，對他們說：「和我一同歡喜吧，因為我那失掉的羊、我已經找着了。

歸而集其友鄰、謂之曰、與我同樂、我之亡羊已獲矣、

會其友鄰曰亡羊既獲、與我同樂、

歸家、集其友與鄰謂之曰、爾與我同樂、以亡羊已得矣、

召其鄰友曰：「亡羊已獲、胥其與吾同樂。」

因為我這個兒子是死而復生、失而復得的。』於是他們開始慶祝。

我如失喪的羊迷失；求你尋找你的僕人，因為我沒有忘記你的誡命。

同樣，我告訴你們：一個罪人的悔改，會讓神的天使們面前有喜樂。」

要知道，你們從前像是迷失的羊，但現在卻回到了你們靈魂的牧人和監督的身旁。

迎娶新娘的是新郎。新郎的朋友站在那裡，聽到新郎的聲音，就歡喜快樂。這樣，我這喜樂得以滿足了。

所以弟兄們，在我們的一切困苦和患難中，由於你們的緣故，藉著你們的信心，我們就受到安慰，因為，你們如果在主裡站立得穩，我們如今就真的活了。我們因著你們，在我們的神面前就喜樂；為這一切的喜樂，我們到底能用什麼樣的感謝為你們回報神呢？

所有愛耶路撒冷的人哪，你們要與她一同歡喜，要因她而快樂！所有為耶路撒冷悲慟的人哪，你們要與她一同歡欣喜樂，好使你們從她安慰的懷中吃奶而飽足，使你們從她飽滿的乳房吸乳而歡暢！

巴拿巴到了，看見神的恩典就感到歡喜，鼓勵大家要立定心志，繼續靠主，

我告訴你們：同樣，一個罪人的悔改，比九十九個不需要悔改的義人，會讓天上更有喜樂。

然而，即使我被做為奠祭，澆在你們信仰的祭物和服事上，我也歡喜，並且和你們大家一同歡喜；

忽然有一大隊天軍出現，與那位天使一起讚美神，說：「在至高之處，榮耀歸於神！在地上，平安臨到他所喜悅的人！」

於是教會送他們上路；他們就走遍腓尼基和撒馬利亞地區，詳細說明外邦人悔改的事，給所有弟兄們帶來了極大的喜樂。

因此，我所愛的、所想念的弟兄們，我的喜樂、我的冠冕哪！各位蒙愛的人，你們當如此在主裡站立得穩！

我們主耶穌來臨的時候，在主面前，到底誰是我們的盼望、喜樂和所誇耀的冠冕呢？難道不也是你們嗎？

你們如果遵行我所吩咐的事，你們就是我的朋友了。

你們從前不是子民，但如今卻是神的子民；從前沒有蒙憐憫，但如今卻蒙了憐憫。

每次為你們大家祈禱的時候，我總是懷著喜樂的心祈禱，
